Motor Coach Tour to Pittsburgh, PA,  Friday, November 19, 2010

The Taylor County Photography Club has  put together a one day trip to Pittsburgh featuring Phipps Conservatory and the Gateway Clipper Fleet on Friday, November 19th (Light Up Night)

Phipps Conservatory will be decked out in its holiday splendor and you will have a front row seat for the Light Up Night fireworks display aboard the Gateway Clipper Fleet Dinner Cruise. In addition there will be time between the two venues for taking a ride on the Duquesne Incline to get some great photos from the Mt Washington Overlook and time for some shopping at the shops at Station Square.

The Light Up Night dinner cruise books up very early. So to ensure that we have reserved seats we must reserve now. You will not have to pay up front for the cruise but we do need to commit on the number of seats. So you can book now and pay later.

If you are interested in this trip please reply immediately. We must have 25 people to take this trip. The cost is $128 per person. The cost includes the motor coach, admission into Phipps Conservatory and the Light Up Night Dinner Cruise

Because of the popularity of the Dinner Cruise it will book up early and make it increasingly harder to acquire reservations for the group. The Gateway Clipper Fleet has extended the deadline for booking to July 31s.  As of this date we have 21 seats requested for this trip. Therefore in order to use the motor coach service and make reservations for the Light Up Night Dinner Cruise we need to fill at least 25 seats by the end of July.  Call Charles White (304) 265-2311 ASAP to make your reservation for the trip.

This is a great opportunity to get some photographs of the flora at Phipps and cityscapes from the ship and the other activities mentioned above.  If you are considering this trip please don’t hesitate to reserve by July 31st  to make it possible. If the goal of 25 is reached, payment will be required shortly afterward. There will be extra seats available that you should feel free to invite family and/or guests to take advantage of this offer even if they are not avid photographers.
